Monkey brains

Like the live monkey brains served up to Indiana Jones in Temple of Doom, U&F 11 is now served...  Or did I dream that monkey brains thing? That was Temple of Doom wasn't it?

Primate Brainage

Yeah, it was Temple of Doom. In the same scene, they chop open a large snake to eat the babies, and eat eyeball soup. I hadn't seen that movie in a long time, and rented it a few years ago after watching Raiders of the Lost Ark on tv. I haven't seen the newest one, but of the first three, Temple of Doom is definitely the weakest one.

New Indiana

Thanks Chris. Actually I rented the new Indiana Jones movie recently and hated it, I couldn't even finish it. Temple of Doom is a masterpiece by comparison.

Indiana Crap

That sucks, but I'm not the least bit surprised to hear it. Since I tried to watch Napolean Dynamite, there have been A LOT of movies (especially in the last year or so) I've shut off. 

Interesting tidbit about movies that didn't suck... Aliens (the second in the series) was made on a budget of $18 million, and The Terminator (first one) was made for $6.4 million. Pretty astounding, considering $150 million was spent to PROMOTE the new Indiana Jones.
