Safe Danger: Puddle
Safe Danger: Low-Risk, Non-Extreme, Peril-Less Adventures in Suburbia. Number One: Puddle. On a rainy day, a random encounter with a big puddle led ultra-low-risk thrill-seeker, Mike Bennett to see what the chances were of getting splashed by a car, a group of cars - or even a bus! What happens here is real: real road, real cars, real puddle - real safe danger!

Puddle
Hey Mike!
I do believe that wanker in the red car splashed you intentionally. The silver car that follows also looks like he soaked you pretty well, but he at least slows considerably at the last moment when he saw you, though he still gave you quite a splashing.
I thank you for your courage and dedication in uncovering the truth of this travesty that is drivers' aqua aggression on we lowly pedestrians. I can sleep tonight feeling safe and secure in the knowledge that you're out there covering the hard stories from which other folks shy away.
You're a hero, Mike Bennett, and the world is a safer place with you in it! (heh, I made a rhyme)
Cheers,
Mark
Other Dangers
Thanks Mark. This is just the first thrill-packed episode of Safe Danger, I have other 'challenges' lined-up for the future
Thrilling, just thrilling
Where do you get these ideas from
Whilst I am sure there is serious side that you are educating us inconsiderate motorists in this and I am always considerate and won't splash people but I was having a bad day today and have to admit this made me smile (I know it shouldn't), What got me was the silver car that obviously aimed to get you then slowed down, WTF did they think of saying sorry or something??????
Anyway I look forward to the rest in this series (do I have to be grown up though or can at least have a personal giggle)
Thanks Mike as always, I needed this

Fantastic
The next time a friend or relative suggests we watch a newer comedy, I'm going to politely decline, and watch the Safe Danger videos for 90 minutes instead. What is it that makes you British folks so damned funny? It's as if you're saying, "I'm going to get splashed. I DARE you not to laugh."
